Q Can you tell me the minimum handing height? The item shows 26.5". Is that from bottom to the 1st canopy(where the 3 rods go)? The 26.5" hgt. is perfect for us, but it appears, past canopy is another rod w/ addt'l height added. Can item be hung at 26.5
