Q Could this fixture be used as a well light partially buried in a decomposed granite surface to uplight a wall?

The Kichler Lighting Outdoor LED 2-in-1 Accent Landscape 12V LED Water 15711SS is not recommended to be encased as the wire cannot be accessed and the led  will not get proper ventialtion.
